I did the bathroom yesterday after descaling the taps and I thought this morning that it would be the kitchen today so I did that before I turned the computer on.

I've also done a load of washing and hung it out but it's grey and dull and freezing out there so I'm sure it's not going to dry. Might make it smell fresher though.

And I've given the living room a good clean. Tomorrow morning I've got the hairdresser coming and then the Asda delivery so I won't be getting much done. Hopefully this has put me ahead.
  • Right i'm gonna get back on the fly lady wagon AGAIN. Was gonna spend the week blitzing the house and start off with a clean slate but i know it won't happen so i'm gonna grit my teeth and just stick to moggins' plan. Gonna copy it down and get started when ive had my lunch. At least my kiuchen should be vastly improved by the end of the day :D

Okay, I haven't done any cleaning yet (except one load of washing in the machine) BUT I have made the beds, dried off all the windows, caught up on all my forums, and been shopping at Aldi AND Asda with a trip home inbetween :D My pedometer is reading 6858 already and I've still got cleaning & a school run via a local shop to do :j Wonder if I can manage to beat my record of 20000ish in 1 day? Don't think so :p

Over the weekend I managed to get all my dailies done :j So if my friend remembers I'll go around to hers for a coffee, if not I'll invite her around here :D I also managed to do ALL the ironing  OH was doing it, got to the end of the stuff he does and left me 1 pair of jeans stating "I'll do the stuff thats hanging up upstairs tomorrow" (freshly washed stuff that was drying on hangers) so I went and got it and did it myself :rotfl:

I EVEN managed to spring clean the car (and it needed it! ). Okay so I don't drive, but when our Moonshine silver car looks more like Coal black then it needs washing no matter what OH says  So I did it inside & out, using neat stardrops to get the tar spots off (:j) and this morning OH goes "you should have your own programme called How clean is your car? You sure you haven't replaced it?" :rotfl::rotfl: I think he's happy with it :rotfl:

Wow! I can't believe we're only half-way through Monday, and already I have 2 pages to catch up on.
Well off to hang the washing out as the sun is shining now, and then do a S&S in the kitchen. Already emptied the DW and reloaded it. :j
Must get some more of my essay done for uni. Have 2 books due back this weekend so must get cracking.

Sat eating lunch (lovely HM sweet potato, butternut squash and courgette soup) and reading what everyone else is upto. Dropped DD1 off at playschool, DD2 fell asleep but really long enough for me to get the ironing board up, courier turned up for ebay item so thats another job done.

Am hoping the soup makes me feel better as feel rotten at mo, but then I have stuffed my face with about 5 cookies so far today! Will go give bathroom the once over - nothing major really as only tiles round shower need polishing up, rest still shiny.
