Had a nice easy day today - just kept on top of my dailies, and did a general clean and my house (thanks to all this flyladying) is still looking good!!!
Dont need to make packed lunches tonight, no school tomorrow, and im just waiting for the WM to finish so i can hang that on the maiden, and thats everything done.
Should get more done tomorrow as my 2 are home, and they will keep the LOs amused for me.0 -
Here you go Hex2 - but be warned make them at your own peril!!
Original recipe posted by npamama.
OMG! Best chocolate biscuits ever!
These aren't good for New year Healthy Eating plans but they are so nice and so easy to make!
Mix 500g brownie mix (homemade brownie mix given below), 125ml oil, 2 beaten eggs. My addition is capful of vanilla essence, tesco chocolate cake covering chopped (cheaper than buying choc chips)
Place walnut size balls on a baking sheet.
Bake until just firm - be very careful not to overbake. About 8 min at 175C/gas 6.
Enjoy!!
Homemade Brownie Mix
Mix together:
4.5 cups flour (use up to half wholewheat)
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons salt
6 cups sugar (I use 4 1/2 caster sugar & 1 1/2 soft brown sugar
6 ounces cocoa powder
This amount makes a huge bag so biscuits can be knocked up in 10 mins including cooking time - BE WARNED!!!! I made a batch on Friday and thanks to DH and SIL had to make another batch on Saturday!0 -
Tomorrows list is now upOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

Oh, might get chance to do a bit upstairs tomorrow as my 2 have a baker day, so will play with the LOs for me - would be nice not to have it to do on Sunday!!!0
