    Good morning

Not done too much yet today. DD1 off with ingrown toenail (looks very nasty) made cookies from the brownie mix recipe, didn't realise that I would end up with so much mix! I am pottering about really, putting off going upstairs to do the bedroom, Kick me into gear, someone please!

The problem is that this forum is so addictive and I love all the advice, the recipes, the chats.

the kitchen now looks like it has exploded.. well just another read of some threads and then I better do something.

    I've washed windows and myself.
I've had my parent governor form signed and taken it in.
Need to clear the hallway a little bit now, well, after I've combed my birds nest!!

I'm glad that washing myself counts. I've managed that today! I've also washed one of the kids too :D

Maybe just a cup of tea before I get started properly. We're definately having a ['terrible twos' day today, I'm just willing her to sleep right now :o

Conservatory toy storage unit sorted and one black bag of rubbish filled! Bit more than 27 fling boogie here and I fee so much better for it - kids will never notice the tat that has been thrown. All other toys put in appropriate boxes (fifi stuff, barbie stuff, peppa pig stuff. Have got 4 games I want to get rid of (girls were given duplicate/similar ones for xmas) so may stick them on freecycle.

Kitchen table upglued, all magazines put away and pieces of art drying on the side. I am off to play nursery school (apparently its story time and then make some lunch).

May tackle upstairs toy cupboard in the playroom later but may be difficult as littles will be in there too.

Big:T for pigpen - she sounds like a woman on a mission today:D

doozer.. if it means moving any kind of dirt.. it counts in my book!!! Washing myself takes time & effort & means moving from the pc and therefore counts!

Shell, I think someone strategically placed a rocket today.. I've barely sat down!!

Looking at this backroom I think I may have just lost motivation lol

Done my bedroom (dusted and vacuumed). Still need to sort out my husband's bedside cabinet but he needs to be here for that. Mine is OK. Vacuumed landing and other bedrooms too. Vacuumed right through downstairs.

Alternating between snow and sleet here (snow at the moment) so I'm a bit edgy.

    And I've watched Waterloo Road.

I'm ahead, I'm ahead, I'm ahead!!!! Never been caught up before - and never before have I been away leaving behind a clean and tidy house for the neighbour to see when he feeds the cat! Wow!
(I'll keep enjoying the feeling, cos it's unlikely to happen again in a hurry!)

  • Had the gas man out today. Central heating has been playing up and keep having to top up the boiler. Thought I might have had a leak under the floorboards but woohoo was a leaky pipe in boiler and all fixed. Right must do some work now. Have done 1 load of wash and another one in at the mo. Fed kids, tidied lounge and kitchen. Ok going to s&s bathroom and make beds then go get haircut. Laters xx
