Been a good girl today! Gave DDs room the first full going over in ages, but I actually managed to do it all in a little over an hour as it *used* to be the best room in the house! DSs room was very quick again as I mastered it a few weeks back :D Washed the landing but need DH to put up the curtains that live on the bannister.

As DH has been off today with the snow, I have sent him to do the washing up. ;) I might be relatively happy with the house tonight!

Is it the hallway tomorrow? It's looking like it needs it. I'm fine with sweeping, but I hate washing floors :( I have never gotten DH to do it and every time I ask it ends in a fight! He's the one that insists on wearing his boots in the house as well

I am really am nearly there now(!), but I musn't let things slip. Been a bit guilty of that over the last few days :o

:rotfl: Wish I could get DP to wash up never mind floors etc etc, he doesn't do housework, at all.

Anyway, done most of mine, just trying to get DS2s duvet to finish drying, it's been in the drier ages and still damp :( I've thrown a dry towel in see if that works. Wanted them in bed by now aswell. Oh well never mind.

Well done everyone by the way, especially the newbies, but will you all slow down a bit you're making the rest of us look bad!!! :rotfl:

Going to do some more studying once I can get the boys to bed!
One day I might be more organised...........

I saw a snowcat on the BBC Hereford & Worcester site and I'm really desperate to make my own! ;)

Morning. Not a box of birds this morning, but after one full day back at work, it's Friday and my day off!! I should be jumping for joy . . . maybe tomorrow

    6. Look under beds for any rubbish that hasn't made it to the bin or plates, cups etc that haven't made it to the sink - haven't looked, but there'd better not be!
Also . . . 27 fling boogied three kids bedrooms - At least 27 in one room alone - the other two weren't too bad.

    Today

There's a market day in town today - all day - and it's one that I look forward too each year . . . but I just can't be bothered to go today. :(

Well not much flying today as DD1 still grotty with ear infection. temperature is back to normal now, was really high during the night.

So today has just been the basic dailies. We did advertise our dining table & chairs and that sold today and was collected so loads more space in the outhouse so some boxed up items can go our there (if we ever get the quotes in from removal and choose which one so we can get the boxes).

I did make some double chocolate chip cookies - got the recipe down now so they taste just like Millies Cookies. Also some bread rolls.

We did bundle DD1 up and let her go out in the snow for half an hour so we built a snowman and threw a few snowballs - it was great.

I also did the ironing pile while DDs had sleep this pm so not a total waste of a day.

So not sure what tomorrows task will be but I shall be doing bedrooms as did not make it upstairs today.
