If anyone could hear me they would think I was mad giggling away at the computer visions of Pigpen and her brood with the Big issue seller and LJD1 chasing her cat for wee have had me in stitches :rotfl:

Pink Butterfly - glad your son is home safe and well. The house can wait for a wee while longer as germs are good for everyone - I knew a girl who used to Milton her childrens toys every night, the house was spotless and I mean spotless and the children were the sickliest illest looking children that I have ever seen and they caught every bug, and germ going.

Anyway productive day for me today:

    1. All the dailies done
    2. Bathroom cleaning left over from yesterday done
    3. Painted bathroom wall (patches that had to be done)
    4. Painted hall skirting (bits that have been knocked with the hoover!)
    5. Washing x 4 loads and drying x 4 loads done - all up to date now
    6. Tidied the desk and computer area
    7. Flung boogied 4 bin bags of stuff from the attic.
    8. Tidied up the rest of the attic (spare bedroom and study which are used as a dumping ground)

Tomorrow is a work day so just the dailies for me.

Friday will be bedrooms (ours and little ones), take rubbish to the tip, weekly shopping, friend coming round with her two for a few hours and then start the ironining pile once they are gone (possibly:rotfl: ).

Just realised I am going away next wednesday for a week with little one so need to get ironing and packing done and also house spick and span incase there are any viewings whilst I am away:eek: So Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday are going to be extremely busy for me.

    Have fun all
  • I have done absolutely nothing. Even had a dinner that I had made already and defrosted. Sat on my butt all night. Oh well I did do 8 hours work today. Bleeding knackered tonight for some reason. Will get stuck in tomorrow though xx

  • Thanks everyone! Don't worry about me being too clean - not possible!!

My dd came up to me once munching a bit of toast. We hadn't had toast for about four days. Nice.

My hubbie left the kitchen gate open once, quick as a flash dd was in there. I ran in after her to find her happily munching away on a big handful of cat litter. It obviously tasted yummy as she screamed like anything when i took it away.

Her best moment was the other day when she was up in bed. She was being very quiet which is unlike her. When i went in i found her completely trouserless and nappyless. What was she doing? Drawing pictures with poo.

    Oh dear!

LOL, that is priceless :D I still remember my neice who was crawling at a cracking pace then, finding the cat food dish in my kitchen. My SIL found her sat quite happily chomping on a large handful of cat food :D

Stefejb.. thanks for the warning.. I'll develop selective vision and not look!!!

I typed that and even I couldn't read it!! I had to delete and start again.

Rach.. I REALLY needed to know that.. funnily enough one of the creche workers at college said a similar thing to me on Tuesday..

I am so pleased I am a source of amusement for so many.. completely bamboozled as to why.. do 'normal' people not say things like this to complete strangers?? I think I am far too related to my mother to stop myself!!

Speaking of my mother it is a ogod job I had my tesco delivery, even if it came with its own problems (though they can forget half my shopping providing they credit the delivery charge and bring it all anyway) She still didn't ring to say she was going! If I did this to her she would go crazy.

I'll decide on my list in the morning.. off to locate uniforms shoes and feed the bunnies!

    Night all
