Morning and thankyou guys.
PWD we are very fortunate that we don't have to buy logs, I have seen the price of them and they are:eek:.
So today we are staying at home and having no visiters, kids are all christmas'd out and have informed me they are not getting dressed and having a PJ day, which is fine by me, think they are shattered and just need to chill.
I on the other hand am going to spend the day cleaning as DH is at work and not here to encourage the kids to empty big boxes of lego on the floor (who did we buy for again:rotfl:), the house looks like a bomb has gone off and its driving me nuts, is it too early to take the decs down? i know thats very bah hum bug but the clutter and the constant cards falling over is driving me nuts:mad:.
Had a look through the kids wardrobes last night, worked out DS needs new jeans/ joggers he only has 2 pairs that still fit and DD needs school shoes, so will have a look at whats going on ebay regarding DS, DD I will take shopping next week, also need to see if I have anythng to ebay and get that sorted.
Meal plan for next week is done and shopping list written, we have enough stuff in to last us this week, might be some strange meals but the left overs need eating:D.
Hope you all have a good day.0 -

Hi Northern Lassy, hope you had a wonderful christmas.
Ended up going to a neighbours christmas bash last night, was really nice and friendly and met lots of people from the area, children had a great evening as well as there was lots of children there. Also it was a free night out as we took 2 bottles of wine left over from christmas that the in laws had brought and there was a buffet, so no tea to make last night :money:. Do feel a bit ropey this morning though, think tonight has to be alcohol free.
On the money front i've paid my £20 Next voucher off the account, checked credit card accounts, waiting for post office and halifax new statement then I can total up my debt for the start of the New year:eek:.
Today we are staying at home, think we will get some of the craft sets/lego out that the children got for christmas and have a chilled day.0 -
Just checked Bank account and I've been paid today instead of Monday:j.0

That's a good start to the day Penny!
Quiet day planned here, just played Buckaroo with the children but they are too good, either that or it's faulty!!
DS got a 3in1 lego dinosaur set and that's proved a hit as he can make and remake it:D.
Going to go and list some 2013 plans now:money:.Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Yes i'm with swagbucks, but don't really get on with it, find it a faff and struggle to get many points, some people really love it and manage to get loads of vouchers from them, I'm probably doing something wrong!0
