Quick update although not much happening and can't wait for payday tomorrow.
Today i've made £2.05 on ebay, won a £2 GFK voucher in the prize drawer, redeemed it for a amazon voucher and also redeemed a £10 amazon voucher from valu£d opinion.
Busy busy at work and the kids are bringing home loads of letters for various events at school, going to be a busy 3 weeks.0 -
Morning and its freezing cold here.
PAY DAY today, will pay a couple of bills tonight and work out how much I have left for the big christmas shop, OH has offered to pay for all the meat for christmas day, we have decided on a gammon this year as everyone enjoys it in sandwiches afterwards, will also need some sausage and bacon.
Spent the amazon vouchers on a dvd for FIL for christmas, so managed another xmas presents for free.
We have decided to get rid of the 2nd car after chrsistmas as it is spending most of the time sat in the drive, this will save us some money.

Also forgot I tidied bank account this morning and made an extra payment of £6.45 to the Tesco card.0

I drove through your village yesterday morning en route to my Mum's house, gave you a wave! It looked really beautiful with all the frost, what a lovely place to live x
Have you checked out the Grabbit board for Xmas presents? I just got loads of M@rks & Spencer bath stuff, 16 different items, body butter, talc, bath foams etc for less than a tenner, delivered free to local store, looks really impressive and will fill a few stockings!

Hi NL - thanks for the wave, It did look lovely with all the frost, not so lovely defrosting my car first thing though brrrrrr. Thanks for the heads up on the M&S thing, will have a look might be good for teachers presents.
mtg don't get paid again until the end of Dec, just one of those things I guess.
PWD - yes the car going is fantastic, will be funny getting used to only having one vehicle.
Spends so far £49 in sainsbugs and it was only a top up shop:eek: there was 2 christmas presents included in that which were around £10, will do a proper shop on Monday when I have no children with me. £25 spent on DD for pony club, also spent £9 on socks and tights for the kids.

Need to do some washing as i seem to have a mountain of it, also need to do some baking.

Have won another £2 from GFK, again this has been redeemed for a amazon voucher.
OH brought home a huge sack of potatoes, think its a 25kg bag from a local farm, cost £8.50, going to do this more often as we use loads of tatties and they cost a fortune in the supermarket.0 -
Morning, 14 more work days and then we break up can't wait.
Wet, cold miserible day again here, just want to curl up in front of the fire and watch carp TV all day, but work = money and money = another step closer to being debt free.
Today I need to buy some nice picture frames for childrens school photo, as children are giving them to their aunts, grandparent etc for christmas.
Should be no other spends today, we are all on packed lunches today, car has petrol, so can't see what else I might need.
