Hi Brizzle, thanks for popping in glad you have found me.
Not updated for a couple of days, but to be honest not alot happening.
Working hard at the minute we seem to have loads going on a school up to half term and i seem to have been roped into helping with just about everything.
Money making is slowwwwwww, ebay is pants and i'm not near any major payouts from surveys so i keep plodding on:(.
I am keeping up with daily wii fit and i'm finding i'm losing a few pounds, have quite a few summer clothes that i cannot get into mainly shorts and skirts, tshirts are all stretchy:rotfl: so i'm ok there, i'm determined to be in a size 12 by the time we go on holiday, i WILL NOT buy new clothes when i have loads that are almost new but i'm too fat to get in them:o.
Kept up with meal plan all week and have a sainsbugs order coming tonight as they emailed me a £10 off a £75 spend so i've stocked up on lots of dry/tinned goods to see me through next month, should only then leave fruit/veg/bread/meat to get from l!dl.
Have spent £12 on petrol and £3 on birthday collection at work, have been good and avoided mr Ts like the plague.0 -

Hi PWPS..how are you doing? term Break coming up fast. Just realised DD1 has 2 extra days tacked on... but luckily mum may step in to help and OH will probably take some time so no childcare costs or hassle!!
We are being carp at eBay at the moment. No drive. Grocery bill is my big focus. We spend WAY too much on that. So AL?I all the way now. Meal planning to an inch of my life. Cutting down on meat. It's all happening
Keep on going hon ..we're all rooting for you xMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Good morning,
What a crazy week i have had, started off as a normal week then on Wednesday went into work and was asked to go on a two day course last minute as one of my collegues had to drop out as her daughter was ill, managed to rush around OH/MIL/sister were brilliant and managed to juggle childcare between them, i managed to get packed and everything sorted for children, so i had 2 days away, lovely stay over night in a hotel, all food was free:D and learn't lots about child protection :(etc ( some very horrible things go on in this world).
On the money front i have been paid and also recieved child ben, so bank account looks healthyish for the minute, £20 of petrol has been put in the car and have spent £30 with tesco on clothing using a £10 off £40 spend, bought school uniform, underwear for the kids and tshirts for OH.
Have recieved £24.50 from v!vat!c and redeemed another £3 from mys*rv£y, which will hit payp*l sometime next week.
Going shopping today as sainsbugs sent me a voucher for £10 off a £50 spend have made a shopping list and will stick to it, do think it will come in around the £60 mark though, will update later with how much has been spent.
Snowed lots here yesterday evening, but have got up this morning to find it has rained in the night and most of it has been washed away:(, shame as i would have liked to have taken the children sledging this afternoon.
Hope evryone has agood day and wrap up warm.0 -
Hi PWPS..good to see the post.well done on the night away. I love those..time to reflect and have some 'me' time.
Rained last night here too. So no snow but just as well as a busy day here. ILs over as DDs in a dance show today.. 45 schools taking part so a big Bristol thing...ferrying kids in and out of town. OH cycled with DD1 so that was free!
Sounds like you're doing well with the vouchers. I seem to be missing out on those..probably cos I try not to go anymore to the sm!!..
Have a good week

Morning Pennywise, woohoo to having a few days away but boo to the nasty things that go on.
Good luck with the shopping, hope you manage to keep within budget xxMummytogirls x0 -
Good morning ladies.
Yesterdays shopping came in at £72.38, would have been £58.38 but other half needed razor blades £14:eek:, i actually said to him that his blades were a quarter of this weeks shopping budget when we got home, had a bit of a chat about cost of things and that i hadn't bought any meat, cheese, washing powder as i had stocked up on it week before but if i'd had to the bill would have been over £100, he has now agreed to buy them out of him own spends;).
Have recieved £3.98 from quidco into bank account and i'm also up to 2000 points with n£ctar which is £10 worth so going to add to challenge and will add nectar points whenever i reach another £10, going to save them up until i have £50 worth and then spend them at sainsbugs.
Finally managed to save up enough andr£x puppy points to order DD some puppy slippers:D, hope they arrive before her birthday which is on the 18th.
Managed to do a little bit of baking yesterday made a steak pie for tea and choc fairy cakes for lunch boxes, will try and get some biscuits made this afternoon.
Meter readings have been done for the week, we have used £9.09 in gas and £12.32 in electric, still have £30 in credit and DD of £100 goes in on Friday, hopefully by summer they will drop the DD slightly.
Off to make Pack ups and get dressed, have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning Pennywise, Yay to DH agreeing to pay for his own razor blades :T. They cost a blooming fortune dont they.
Hope today goes well for you. Your baking always makes me want to bake!!! xxMummytogirls x0
