Roxburghe debt collectors A S Security - Parking fine

How's Steve Dargonne, what's he like now? I have been looking out for him in Sussex, knew of him when he was at a Bank and was horrified to see his is the signature behind the Roxburghe threatograms.
BTW we know how to deal with fake PCNs from private companies, just ignore them is the advice on here as they don't go to Court and would lose if they tried.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ex-Employee wrote: »Hey guys
I am ashamed to say i am an ex employee of these mugs. I am going to give u info on how to get on their nerves and get away with paying these so called parking notices. Try the following and i promise you that you will not part from a penny !!
1. Simply say u were not the driver of the car, everyone in the family is insured to drive the car and u do not know who it was.... they may say they are going to issue a " Norwich Pharmacal Order " basically means they will take you to court so u can tell judge who was driving.... never happens lol
2. Tell them it is not a " FINE " only an invoice, if they mention contract law simply reply that you want a copy of the contract, they will send pics of signs in the car park... if any.... then ask for a copy of ur signature to say u agreed to the terms of the contract..... they cant lol.
3. No ticket on the car wen u returned... they will send u a pic of ur car with a ticket (if they have one) in this rare occasion simply say prove to me that the officer didnt just stick a ticket on ur car take a pic and then take it off !! guess what ?!?! they cant.
There are many ways but No.1 is the most effective. It winds them up a treat lol... why am i tellin you all this ?? coz i have a lot of making up to do for all the people i rang up and annoyed. I left the company as i felt it was a farce and a scam. Dont ignore them... call them and show them ur not an idiot. fight back follow my advice and they will go..... oh and if Graham White call or write dont worry as its the same company lol
Peace out people
any advice on any other debts with these fools please gimme a shout !!
Much simpler just too ignore the cretins!0 -
Hi all
I have too received a PCN from AS Securi T and a number of letters from Roxburgh debt collectors threatening legal action from Graham White solicitors...all signed by Steve Dargonne.
All too familiar it seems, I must admit to a wry smile to a paragraph in their last letter.
"we are fully aware of a anecdotal information being presented via the Internet and on various websites and you may feel this guidance is worth following. We strongly urge you to seek independent legal advice rather than rely on these opinions, and we would respectively suggest that you refer to the Civil Procedure Rules part 31 and more specifically parts 31.16 and 31.17."
Do these civil procedure rules they state have any bearing or is it just their evolving scare tactics. I'm Looking for some reassurances so I can continue sticking it to the man!
Look forward to a response

It is more disingenuous behaviour by the PPC's as the civil procedure rules they quote do not apply in the small claims track of the county court, so it is not scaremongering but totally dishonest behaviour."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Hi, I'm after some guidance please. I originally received parking charge notices from MET Parking Services, which after speaking to some family members and looking online, just ignored these charge notices. Hadn't heard anything for a while so assumed that had worked but yesterday received 2 seperate letters from Roxburghe debt collectors (electronic signature from Steve Dargonne), one charging £185 and the other £210, saying to contact them within 10 days or will go to their Solicitors, Graham White. What should I do? I read on another forum site that I should write to Roxburghe saying although I am registered keeper, I was not the driver and refuse to give them the details of the actual driver. Should I do this or just continue to ignore? Any advice welcome! Thanks.0

Ha ha! Say no more. If you peruse these forums, you'll see that Roxburghe and their tame so-called solicitors Graham White (actually the same people) are completely ineffectual, and can be safely ignored. They are powerless to do anything, despite what they may threaten. Writing to them would be a waste of a stamp.
Oh, and they may call you, too, if they manage to get your phone number. If they do, just tell them that the alleged debt is denied, and must be passed back to its originator, and any further contact from them will be considered as harrassment, and the appropriate authorities informed <phone down, no conversation>.0 -
Elite Management parking ticket, did not pay, now they want to take legal action what do I do?
I received a ticket on my car in January in a private car park (midlands) because I was 10 minutes late. I lost the ticket and was unable to pay it. Yesterday, they sent a letter via Roxburghe Debt Collectors wanting £173 in 10 days, otherwise they would contact their solicitor (graham White)and they would take court action. Should I pay it? Advice on the internet says to ignore it but I am unsure. And also petrified.0 -
Usual empty threats. It won't go anywhere near court. Keep ignoring. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It always amuses me when people say they've seen such and such advice on the internet and aren't sure whether to believe it or not...and then come on the internet to ask if this is good advice.
I've always ignored every PPC ticket (and all subsequent letters)I've ever had, but it's entirely up to you whether you believe me or not!!!0 -
Let us get something straight, folks. "Graham White" is NOT a firm of solicitors. It is a FRAUD committed by Roxburghe, in that it is THEM using alternative headed paper.
Once you get your head around the fact that Debt Collectors just routinely tell LIES because they don't have the power to actually do anything, you will be able to laugh at them, not be in the least bit worried.
Treat them with contempt. Because they are contemptible.
Roxburghe particularly so. They have NEVER gone to court, other than just the once when it was THEM who were being sued.
You have the choice of ignoring, waiting until they write again using their pseudonym of the non-existent solicitor Graham White, which will mean they are shortly going to be giving it up as a bad job; or of writing one letter (don't even bother to put a stamp on the envelope) telling them you are tired of being harassed and that THEY need to pay YOU money as a result.
Either way, do NOT take them seriously. This entire "industry" relies upon lies and bull to carry on- please realise that.
Petrified. P.T.I.? It is they who will be petrified if you tell them to expect a claim for harassment. There is no need whatever for you to be worried, I absolutely guarantee they will do nothing. Buy a ticket for tonights lottery and reflect on the fact that far more people win the jackpot than get taken to court by PPCs.0
