hi i recieved 2 parking tickets on a hospital car park due to early contractions an no change the ova due to my ticket running out as i was admitted!!
i was in my mothers car so roxburghe have sent her to seperate fines both for 148.00 ive contacted them and told them by letter an phone that i was the driver not my mother and to send me the bills THEY HAV REFUSED and said they will keep chasing my mum!! and if they arnt paid i will hear from there solicitors GPB
im considering gettin legal advise on this as surely as iv informed them i was the driver and my mother can prove she was at work this has to be illegal????0 -
