No actually extremely common all my letters on Roxburgh headed paper are from f-wit Steve Dargonne.

Only the Graham White headed letters are from a-hole Michael Sobell.

I know Steve Dargonne from when he worked as a Bank Manager and I have been keeping an eye out for him in certain towns in Sussex. I hear he supports the same footie team as me (and SodG24) which annoys me greatly.

Might be fun to arrange a spoof announcement at half time one day...how about 'Steve Dargonne go to your car now as it's causing an obstruction and has been clamped'! :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi there! I have just received a 'parking charge notice' claiming that I parked 17 minutes over the time. This is in fact incorrect. This so-called 'fine' has been sent to me from Parking Eye. I am so upset. However from a quick glance over the forum it would seem that I should not pay this company. Am I correct? I seem to understand that I should not even enter into any correspondence with them i.e. that I refuse to pay them, they are incorrect (I would of course not advise them of my defence to their claim, why should I forewarn them?). Do any of you think they will hound me with threats of court etc. I am not afraid to give them a go but find this sort of thing very stressful and not what I need right now. So, should I ignore or just send them one letter to say I am not paying and they are at liberty to do their very worst. What is the best route to take??
    Thanks so much everyone.

You seem to have answered your own questions. Just ignore them. That's the best policy. As for so-called "threatening letters", just treat them as you would any other junk mail. No need to get stressed at all. They are just spineless and powerless bullies.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Correct on all accounts. Yes, you should ignore them and not enter into any conversation with them at all. Yes, they will hound you with threats. But as you have read these forums, you'll know that they are all hollow and can also be ignored - they shouldn't be stressful at all, as you will know exactly what's coming and how meaningless it is.

DO NOT send them a letter - they rely on people biting at the bait to get you hooked into a debate on the matter. The more you ignore them, the less they will end up sending you.

ParkingEye are total muppets and I reglarly receive their threatmail and have a good laugh. Their dodgy cameras cannot provide evidence for a court case and their charges are legally unenforceable. Do not get upset and treat this scam with the comptempt it deserves.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Next time either Millwall or possibly Sheffield United play at the Amex, it would be very unfortunate if somebody placed a West Ham scarf on the offending car.

Of of course I could only condemn such immature behaviour.
