Wow, thought it was just me who didnt like the green peppers! I do try to avoid buying them but in the unfortunate event i'm stuck some I put them in curry. Quite nice left chunky because the spices infuse them.0

You could also look for cajun recipes as green peppers are often used there.0

Not good at searching so sorry if this has already been asked.
I had some peppers that were on the turn so while the oven was on I cut them up roughly together with an onion and 5 cloves of garlic and a couple of cherry tomatoes. (Hate any food waste). Now its in the fridge awaiting inspiration. Any ideas as to what I can do with this tub of veg? No adding of oil or cream please as I am on the slimming world plan.
Thanks in advance xThe best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T0 -
What about blitzing it to a sauce for pasta. Or have it as ratatouille with rice. I often chop up roasted veg and stir through rice, pasta or couscous - all Free on Green or EE (as long as veg roasted in Frylight!). Makes a good cheap lunch.
I also just like eating it straight out of the tub.

Ive merged this with our peppers thread. Of course you can use frylight to fry/caramelise them with a drop of sweetener

Bought a bag of 6 mixed peppers (red/green/orange) in Tesco yesterday for 10p. Can I chop and freeze? Any other ideas for them - maybe roast and store??
