so does anyone who ordered thursday actually have a code yet? my husband got his from wednesday, and one orded late yesterday but myself and my sister are STILLwaiting from thursday.
Seems quite unfair that those ordered yesterday have their codes but we're still waiting from thursday

I have no idea how they are working out who's had this and who has not.
I have tried this several times (as many other probably have)
Some i received emails to say i had made multiple purchases and they had detected i had used the same card, but here's the thing I did not!, i used all different cards to pay, so they cannot be picking it on just card number... umm work thhis one out then lol

It must be more than just the card they check, I placed 3 orders with 3 different cards and 3 different emails in 2 names but all to same address and one of the orders that was in the same name but different card was declined. It said the card had been used twice but I know it definitely hadn't. Thankfully tho I managed to get £40 for £5 due to getting 2 referrals from 2 lovely people on here and I used my other order for the last one

The first time the deal came round I ordered one, then both parents and my brother used my referral(;

Different emails, names and cards but my cardholder name and my brothers are the same so got cancelled.

But they gave me mine for free and allowed my brother to reorder.
Apparantly the system cancels orders automatically so depends if you're being genuine or trying to cheat I guess:p

I found their customer service pretty good though:T

I ordered 2 and got 2 this morning. I logged into my HMV account and added both codes to the one account and it accepted them both so £40 all in one basket . Placed my order and got confirmation. HTH
