Purchased the deal via a referral, I can see the £5 credit, and it said HMV deal '£5' to pay, but my card appears to be being charged £10?

If your friends referral had worked successfully then you'd have seen the £5 credit in your account immediately after signing up. If it wasn't there to begin with, I don't think it'll appear later, unfortunately.Purchased the deal via a referral, I can see the £5 credit, and it said HMV deal '£5' to pay, but my card appears to be being charged £10?(2)
Don't worry about it; £10 is the value of your purchase but it won't be settled until the deal closes. So it shows £10 even if you have credit available or you're getting it free, but you should only be charged the correct amount, if anything.0 -
I clicked a link yesterday and it did not work clicked another one today and it did work hopefully0

Also I used the same card on 2 different emails, anyone had this sucessfully go through?
I did this last time. It let me put the card through fine and accepted everything. Then the next morning (when the deal ended and payment was taken) they declined every order made with that card. Was annoyed as I do have other cards I could have used but, through my own stupidity, I used the same card on them all.0 -

I had the same thing on the cineworld deal a while back. if you want to buy more than one you need to use a new card0 -

I've managed to get 3 other buys from my first account now so that it is free, hopefully they don't even check the card for that order and then the other order I used my card with will go through
Thanks for the replies.0
