Different e-mail account for sure, me and OH did this other day and did use different cards, so don't know if you had to.

Thank you, I was umming and ahhing but gave in at £5 for a £20 voucher as it is valid until March so the sales will be covered

Just a quick question, the person who referred me has not received their £5 credit for me buying the deal, should it appear automatically or does it go on once the deal has closed and the person has been charged. Just wanted to know if I did it wrong lol.

Guys, could someone tell me how to redeem my coupon? I tried to apply it at the check out in the Promotional Code Box, but it didn't accept it. In addition it didn't when I tried to apply it in 'Do you have an HMV or VIP card' box. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

you need to add to you account first; in your account you'll see a link for e-wallet, click on this & add the voucer

1. Go to HMV website
2. Click on 'My Account' on bar at very top of screen
3. Under 'My HMV account area' click on 'my e-wallet'
4. In the area that says 'add e-gift vouchers to your e-wallet' you'll see 5 boxes. You need to enter the code you get in the email form living social into these boxes. Then click 'add to e-wallet' and assuming you put the code in correctly it should credit you with the £20
5. When you've chosen what you want to buy go to checkout and onw of the options is for redeeming your e-wallet credit against your order. Select this and you should be sorted.

If you got it for £5, then it worked. They will get the £5 credited as soon as your voucher comes through x
