My referral link does not seem to be working , no-one gets the £5 credit as Living Social HAVE PROMISED on their website!!!

I wrote to them about it but heard nothing back and think it is SO unfair as everyone is losing out here!!

Am not going to use them after this deal as it is misleading to promise everyone £5 credit when it DOESN'T EVEN WORK and I feel bad for mentioning the £5 credit to people on the referral board as it doesn't even let you have it! :-(

Log in and go to My Vouchers then Livingsocial credits - you can then email them, recommend on Facebook etc.

This is a cracking deal, though HMV aren't the cheapest on everything (that said, Just Dance 3 for Wii is £14.99 at the moment).

My referrals to friends worked yesterday - seemed to come through about 12 hours after using the link (but before the deal went through).

I didn't get my £5 credit for using a friends referral, but then I got 3 people to use mine so got the item for free - does that mean I don't get the credit now?

Might be a silly question but is this confirmed to be legit? Feels like there would be a bigger buzz about it as it's a great deal. Have people who ordered yesterday received their vouchers?

Also I used the same card on 2 different emails, anyone had this sucessfully go through?

For people who want to give these codes away as presents, I've designed a little voucher for you to print out, just remove the 00000 in paint and write it on with a pen or within paint before printing

Purchased the deal via a referral, I can see the £5 credit, and it said HMV deal '£5' to pay, but my card appears to be being charged £10?

I have signed up with a new e-mail but it never gives me the £5 off whoevers link I use!!! :-(((

dont worry , its a legit deal. i ordered one yesterday early morning and i got the code yesterday evening when the deal closed , i have already used it purchasing a dvd which has already been shipped. so hopefully just in time for xmas:)

Zckym - Yes livingsocial is legit, I have used them many times in the past for the £30 boot voucher for £15, the next voucher which was £15 for £30 spend amongst others which all were fine. One of the few companies I have never had an issue with unlike kgbdeals and groupon.

Don't worry what it says in the account about charging you £10 if you had £5 credit, you used £5 credit and paid £5 which = £10 paid yes? Just a funny way of doing it. Even when I have had deals free before it has shown full price but not charged once confirmed that my referals had successfully paid for their deals They reserve the full amount as the deal is £5 but you will only pay £5.

I had the same problem with yesterdays deal. But it was rectified once it was emailed as opposed to clicking a link off referrals board. If you have not tried this, give me a PM with your email and I shall send it over to you.
