Did one of your referals get have their transaction declined? If so you would only have two and need to pay full price for yours. Also if you ordered more than one deal to the same address/card or if they suspect you may have purchased the deals yourself (ip address) they may decide you don't qualify for the free deal.

If it's not any of the above it would be worth calling customer services, it may just be an oversight hun. I hope you can sort it out

I put link on referral board, all 3 referrals were from there so no chance of it being ISP issues. It still shows on account that it should be free but the £10 has left the account, not on hold. Customer services not available now til Monday

Remember to go through TCB or Quidco for extra cashback as well (check which is highest at the time you are ordering) - can get around £1 back on a £20 order, so £4 for £20 if you have referred etc.

It would seem better when deals like this for £10 come up to refer someone for £5 of Deal Bucks (as they and you get £5) rather than getting three people to sign up for this deal so that you get it free (as only need two not three, so no referrals wasted if you get more, though admittedly you then have to wait for the next deal unless you recommend them way before the deal runs out/sells out - but still referrals don't show that quickly).

On my husbands account, he wasn't charged as he had £10 deal bucks but also got 3 referrals so it says it was free, however he now has no deal bucks left.
I'm still waiting on my thursday purchase. the most annoying thing is that people who ordered just yesterday already have their deal and HMV orders on the way...i'll probably have to pay extra for fast delivery to get it in time for Christmas...if the voucher ever arrives!
It would appear that customer services are off at the weekend!

They've taken the £10 for my voucher but it's still pending on the site, and apparently won't be available till - yesterday!?

Hi yes I had this I had 3 referrals and still got charged I have sent email to customer services hoping to hear back monday

I did 3 vouchers yesterday. 2 at about 9am and then 1 at 11pm. both 9am ones were credited at 6.48am this morning and the 11pm one has JUST credited, so check your accounts people who are missing vouchers
