Are you sure? Cancel and try again?

The voucher should be added to your e-wallet and then you can use that to pay for the order.

I bought 2 vouchers yesterday morning at about 9am, one in my name and one in OH's (same address). different cards and emails. they have come through fine. but later on at about 11pm last night, i ordered another. using my MIL's card, email, name and address (all obviously completley different to mine) and this one is still pending. anyone else having any still pending? we got a confirmation email and when we log in it is saying we have bought it but payment pending. have had no emails through saying anything is wrong though. confused ?!

Do you mean that you have looked at your bank account online and it shows the payment debited, or do you mean that you have just placed the order and the voucher was not utilised?

Thanks op,I bought 2 and have placed my orders with HMV ,make sure after you have added vouchers to your E wallet you click again on use E Voucher and put how much of it you want to use or it won't take it off the balance ( Moroslav did you do this.?)

Yes, it asked me how much I wanted to use as well.

The money has been debited from my bank account. The difference between what I had this morning and what is there now is the exact amount of the order and i've not used the card otherwise. My £20 e-voucher is still unused.

When you ordered did the total come to 0 left to pay? Also did it ask for your card details? If at the time you ordered, it did ask for card details (if you were supposed to pay nothing), then that means you didn't redeem your evoucher properly.

It already has my card details stored, but it didn't ask for any, which is why i'm surprised they took any money.

Just tried it again in the same way I did before on something else and it's worked.

Just means I bought another present for someone which sorts that out.

I have just logged into my bank account to find £10 taken out when my deal should have been free due to 3 referrals, has anyone else had this happen?
