Araggggh!!!!!! Is anyone else not able to sign into their HMV account today?! It keeps saying unknown! I credited the voucher to the account last night and they have sent me a password reminder but it still won't let me in was about to order!

I seem to have been charged for free vouchers too. Not exactly impressed with Living Social!

I logged in fine. But the tommy cooper DVD box set that was £19.99 on Friday is now £49.99 :eek:

Interestingly my account was fine until i put in a couple of dvds and tried to checkout.. it then said I had an incorrect password (even though I'd already logged in once?!) and now has 'disabled my account' so I'm hoping HMV customer service sorts it out tomorrow..

Guess where I have just found my Living Social deals referral , yup in my SPAMBOX , sent on FRIDAY when I COULD have got £5 off the deal after all!!!

I wasn't checking my spambox as I expected it to come through to my INBOX for some reason so missed out on it being just a fiver for me which i really could have done with as money is tight for me at this time of year now with Christmas approaching!

I can see the bleeding funny side , but its not funny really knowing my referral for £5 off was in my SPAMBOX all along and if I had spotted it when the deal was on I could have saved myself some much needed money right now! :mad:

So , anyway IF anyone spots a good Living Social deal for around the 5 pound mark would you let me know please as I have a nice £5 sitting in my account doing nothing!!! LOL xx

( P.S They REMOVED my comment on Facebook about my referral credit not coming through as it STILL doesn't explain why no-one got the £5 credit when using my LINK!!!! ... So NOT impressed actually as they should not be removing comments but replying to them to explain what went wrong & basicaly be UPFRONT about it so it won't surprise me if I never even receive a REPLY about my deal referral link not working and they will probably say there is £5 showing in my account now so problem solved but no it isn't as it is no use to me NOW when I needed it on FRIDAY and so did the people I referred!!! :( )

just woke up to an email this morning telling me that my hmv deal is ready to use??

i purchased it thursday ,they said it would be active on friday so its only taken them an extra 3 days lol

better late than never!
