Not happy with livingsocial.com. They are refusing to honour the 'refer 3 friends get your code free', despite me referring over 3 people (who've all confirmed they received their vouchers now). Livingsocial are refusing to send me mine, claiming I used my CC twice (completely false).

I checked my CC account and my card has also been charged £10.

Am very angry and shall not be using that site again, what a sham.

Was it a family member who ordered or someone who lives in your household? If so that will be why, they get funny about the possiblilty that one persn may be able to use more than one yet many seem to have managed to.

Was going to wait to order but decided to go ahead and place mine just incase they close in the near future.

yeah i'd have said you can. Myself, sister etc all put our codes together on my HMV account and bought my dad an XBox for christmas...only cost us £20!

the 60gb one? I bought that too, had £40 of vouchers so £43 for an
xbox for my little brother, split between us older ones :D he will never
know it cost us naff all:rotfl:

    Already ready for delivery too..

Was going to save them for the sales too but having read a few things,
things aren't looking good for HMV, they seem to be hanging on by a hair.
Doubt they will last that long, so get those vouchers in and spent sharpish.

    Or xbox arcade for £84.98

Both perfectly fine if you just want it for games etc

it was the new 4gb one that cost £149.99, so not cheap! But between us all we had 10 voucher codes so put them together and got it.

    :j
  • They sent me a generic e-mail about my referral link not working saying the 'solution' is to e-mail the people individually but that didn't help the people who bought through my link and didn't get their £5 off as promised , let alone me get mine for a fiver!! :(

I used to think they were a pretty good company but their CS leaves alot to be desired as they don't give a flying hoot it seems!!!!
