Morning All,
Snowing here but had so much rain last night it's too wet for it to lay
Jackieg & dazi.. huge hugs & I hope fond memories will help you both through these sad times.
Glad to hear that some with infections are feeling better long may it continue :T
Monnagram I am havng the same problem as you even if I can get logged in, as soon as I change the page I am logged out  so please all consider yourselves thanked
Have a mountain of wrapping to do today as I want to get families prezzies in post. Am going to take advantage of PO's consignment thingy (technical term) & send all prezzies to one house, as they will all be meeting up there Christmas morning. DM did this earlier this week, sending 2 parcels here (1 for DD2) & it was £5 less than sending the 2 parcels seperately :money:
Have now forgotten everything I have read
so am sending, hugs, spoons & hi5's, please help yourself.
Right.. scissors check, wrapping paper check, sticky tape, ribbon, bows, check, marker pen & post codes check.. hmm no excuses then, off I go

It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!0 -
Just got bitten by the Superscrimpers bug... One of the ladies made chocolate marzipan...! I want to make Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Toffee (I'm going to cheap and not make the fudge/toffee myself as I can't spend long in the kitchen!) But if I can make a small token HM gifts it would be nice... I just don't have the energy to make minced pies! They involve to much standing and I got poorly last time I made them!
So I am going to buy a few bits at Sainsbury's this afternoon and see what I can do tomorrow
PS. For those who keep loosing posts, copy your post before you press send, so if the page times-out you can go back and paste it back in. I've lost many a post, and this is what I do now

Morning All (just!)
Some good news to start with from me today!- I got offered a new job early this week after 3 (!!!) interviews for it :j due to start that in the new year
- I lost 4lb this week after doing WW - am hoping for my half stone at next week's weigh in.
- And finally, my lovely Mum (who was recently diagnosed with an enlarged heart) has had X-rays, ECG's and somthing else (the name escapes me), but has been given the all clear from anything more sinister
. Couldn't be happier!! She's having DD and DS overnight to celebrate :rotfl:
This weekend is going to be hugely busy - haircuts, last minute Christmas gifts, wrapping all the presents I've bought  and finalising my list for the fresh bits needed for the festive period. Will give the house the once over as well in preparation for visitors, however DH is finishing next Wednesday and has offered to do most of that :T (I'm working until next Friday
).
Have decided to make MIL a hamper of various goodies, part of which will be a fruit loaf from the BM... the rest is still to be decided!
Have had a sprinkling of snow this morning, which got quite heavy at times, but it seems to be dispersing from where I am at the moment.
Thoughts with those going through difficult times today, big hugs to you.
