Hi Mrs_S and welcome to the forum.

I save the report as a web page so that I can go through it off-line. I'm not aware of any download option from the web-site.

At the bottom of the 'Report Summary' page (top link of the menu at the left of the screen) there's a link to 'Print or save for your records'. You can save it in PDF format.

There are three main CRAs. For a more complete pictures you would check all of them. Details here.

Thank you! I have now managed to save it and looked into my other reports too
