I suggest you re-try with any variants that may be present (eg house name instead of number; with and without middle names etc).
When I re-tried with different details it found me second time around.:pWe need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.

Incidentally, does anyone know if you can "refresh" your credit report to get an up to date one?
I got one on the date I signed up which then persisted for the next month. It then changed a month later and that's the one I've still got.
There's a mistake on it which I am reliably informed has been fixed by Cahoot (now part of Santander). They said they'd fixed it last month and it was still there this month, so I'd like to check it now rather than wait another three weeks if the problem is still there.0 -
No you can only refresh once a month.0

As it happens I have an answer from the horse's mouth, because I e-mailed them in January. Hope this helps:
Thanks for your email, the reason it would have been updated on Equifax and not Noddle is because they would update their information more quickly, I can imagine this is frustrating and I apologise for this! The information should be updated when your report is refreshed next time, if it isn’t then please come back to us and let us know.
Your Noddle credit report is refreshed every 30 days so any changes and updates that take place in the interim period will be reflected in your next monthly update. Also, it is important to understand that your credit report is not updated on a strictly monthly basis; rather it is refreshed for a 30 day period from the date at which you access your account after the previous 30 day period. For example:
Day 1: login for first time and your new credit report is generated.
Day 2-29: login at any point and the same credit report is shown.
Day 30+: login and your credit report is updated, your new report is shown.
↓
This date (For example a week after the 30 days, so day 37) then becomes Day 1.
It’s worth noting that, even if your Noddle report hasn’t been refreshed the main database will be updated as soon as we’re made aware of any changes. Therefore, if any searches are made on your file, lenders will see the most up to date information we have.
I hope this is clear. Let me know if you have any further questions.

seems to be a bit more erratic that every 30 days. mine has been varying by + or - a week or so off that. so don't expect it to the day0

I think what Cell is saying is that it will be updated the first time you log in after 30 days, so could be more than 30 days.
If what they've said (potentially day 30 could become day 1) then it can actually be a 29 day cycle!0 -
