Cannot access this site.It just says not available. Is it still working?Or am I doing something wrong.Have tried several times now and just cannot get the sign up page or anything else.

Are you abroad or would Noddle have a reason to think you are?

Noddle only seems to work when you access it from a UK IP address.
  • Thank you Snow Tiger
Think you have hit the nail on the head.I am in France at the moment,so that must be the reason why.
First time I have had a problem accessing a site from here though.
Never mind,I do appreciate your feed back.
    Have a good day.

That I didn't know. Then again, I've never tried.

  • Just tried to sign up to Noodle.

    Got this message:
    Sorry!
We haven’t been able to verify and validate your identity, so we can’t provide your credit report.
Unfortunately we can’t give you access to your credit report right now as we’ve not been able to verify and validate your identity. As your credit report contains such personal and sensitive information we have to make sure we only show it the right person.

We’re not able to tell you the exact reason we couldn’t identify you, but some of the most common reasons include a recent address or name change, not being registered to vote, or using details from a brand new credit card.

We regularly make updates to our processes that we hope will allow more people to automatically access their credit report, so please do come back and try again soon.

    The Noddle Team

I moved house in March 2015 but i have added my previous address where i lived for the last 9 years.

The card was not new so I'm wondering if it is the Electoral Roll info.

I'm in Northern Ireland. How can i check that data?

I was able to sign up to Clearscore no problem.
  • Is Noddle safe to use?
They ask for credit card details etc.
Also will it affect my credit card?

    It is safe.

Card details are one way to verify identity for quick access.

No, checking yourt report will not affect existing credit products.

Seems as good a place to ask as anywhere else.

Had an email today to say my credit report is ready. Logged in as normal, but it appears they've made some 'improvements' to the site.

Previosly I've chosen the 'Print full report' option, and saved it to a PDF file, but on the new layout that option doesn't appear to be available. I can still print off individual sections, but it was handy just saving it all in one go.

Anyone else noticed this, or found another way to print the full file?

Just a quick heads-up that this month the "Print" option has now been changed to "Download credit report" so you can now download the whole report.

  • Hi, i'm new to the forum but I'm wanting to obtain my credit report and be able to save/ download it. I've joined the new credit club on the main site but I haven't found a way to download it. Does anyone know if it's possible or would I be better signing up to noddle to get my report there?
