I found that the live chat appeared after I started to try and book a room once you put in the required dates, number of people and hotel name etc then the live chat option appeared. Hope that helps and best of luck.

cannot get live chat either, rooms still full price and i have been here since 12am!!

They say Chester Crowne Plaza is sold out too.

Absolutely fed up. Spent at fortune on 0871 number and have been told:
1/ That Crowne Plazas aren't included
2/ The Chester Crowne Plaza is sold out
3/ That the sale hasn't started as it is still Monday in the states even though other woman on same number offered me various holiday inns
4/ Told I needed to speak to Priority Club, put on hold 10 mins and then hung up on

And it's 2 o'flipping clock!

Me too. May try again in morning as chap in customer complaints I spoke to actually rang Chester CP and they didn't know if they were in the offer or not. He said it may come on-line at 9 when day staff come in to sort it out.
Complete shambles. I shall be complaining to Priority Club - spent fortune on 0871 number and told a lot of rubbish

Ive had the same problem, I've checked numerous holiday inns included with the offer and there's zero availability online. It seems that someone forgot to allow the offer to go live on their website at 00.01...

I called the expensive 0870 number and got put through to the US call centre, they know about the 20.12 offer. I booked 2 nights in the Holiday Inn Belfast £40.24 and then on another call I booked 1 night in the Crowne Plaza Leeds £20.12 Result!!! Call the number and get them to search for you.

Oddly enough on the days I chose for my bookings there was nothing showing available online for £20.12!! Somebody should get fired!

Hi,

For some reason the link that came with my email from Holiday Inn is not working! I guess this is what others have found.

But I found a link on the Priority Club Forum and managed to book the London City Crowne Plaza for £20.12 on 1st Jan. Not allowed to post a link but the rate code is IDOLY see if that works.

I will try some other dates now as well, although I see there is some sort or restriction of 2 nights, I think that might be per Hotel though.

Time for a cup of PG first.

Well done in booking a Crowne Plaza. Most of us were told by 0871 they weren't in the offer, that they were sold out etc.
Can't find anywhere to post that code - was it on the priority connect forum?
