Web-site open now but bookings can only be made on 20th Dec.

Only Holiday Inns and HEX's Limited rooms at each property from 26th Dec-31st Jan

No priority points will be earned.

Best bargains will be in London such as Holiday Inn Mayfair

The Priorityclub website has a slightly different list of participating Hotels as this one includes some Crowne Plazas

Unbelievable.

I just tried booking a room at 1 minute past midnight. Every link I clicked through for a hotel in January doesn't show me any rooms at the £20.12 rate. I called the number on the site and they told me that the rate hadn't gone live yet but to try again after midnight. I explained that it was after midnight and the operator told me that the local UK time is 23:17. I said 'how can it be 23:17 in the UK when I'm in the UK and it's 00:17?'. She replied, 'Maybe there's been a system glitch and you should try again in an hour!!'.

So if you haven't succeeded in booking a Holiday Inn, it's probably because Holiday Inn's computers are in a different time zone!!

Called the "EXPENSIVE" 0871 number at 7 minutes past - got through in 30 seconds (to some far away call centre in a foreign land) - asked to book Central London on the 2012 offer and was offered a room at £180 !!!

No rooms at £20.12 showing as available.

No rooms at £20.12 available - anywhere in the UK according to the call centre operator - guess I'll find one available on ebay later and hope I can get one for less that the hotel rack rate !!!

So glad you rang them! Have been going mad trying different dates and hotels and thinking I was doing something wrong. Will now try again at 01.01 thanks to you. Cheers

im furious!! ive stayed up this late to book a room as a suprse for my partner, and the prices havent changed, so i clicked on the online chat and a woman in manila told me its cuz its not 12 yet.... i was like erm im in england now, i assure you it is!!

got to wait til 1 now...... fuming!

the homepage even changed at midnight so obviously something to do with different time zones...

It is a pain but at least we know we haven't missed them and probably a lot of people will have given up when they couldn't get the rate!
