Holiday Inn Global Headquarters and Europe, Middle East and Africa office is here - InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, Broadwater Park, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 5HR, UK

So no logical reason as to whay they should be using anything other than good old GMT - or as the Yanks prefer ZULU time !!!
