I am ready to cry! I ordered this at 6am last Friday morning for store delivery. Went to pick it up today and they don't have it. I have no more time to shop, no more money and this was the gift I had to get in particular. I am gutted, and how do I explain on Christmas day that not only do I not have THE present, but I won't have any present:(. Gutted.

Where abouts are you? I have got 2, one I bought for myself and one my partner bought me, and being the season of goodwill and all I would happily GIVE you one, I don't really need two. Do not really want to pay postage though, sorry but if I can get it you some other way you are more than welcome to have it.

If they don't have it there for you they will surely issue a refund???? Hope you get sorted. Have you phoned head office??

I had exactly the same thing happen to me last year when I went to pick it up, I huffed and puffed so loudly that they 'magically' found me one I was so:mad: there was not a chance I was leaving the store without one:D

Ah, thanks curvy kate. That is a really kind offer. I have had a really good nights sleep now (went to bed very early last night!) though and will phone boots, see what they say and if it is delayed, explain to the recipient that it is coming, just a little late. I have pm'd you too though in case you are close to me. x
