I went and picked mine up from Epsom today. None left their, they said they sold out on 2 days. Really pleased with it and love the bag, am using it as a make-up bag.

I too have had massive problems in the past with Yodel and have had to phone the company I ordered goods with and they arranged for them to be sent by Parcel Force instead. This wasn't for Boots orders.

I don't often order from Boots but when I do my local courier has been fine. Delivered on time etc. Could this be depot specific? I am in the Liverpool area.

I'll raise you HDNL. 11 days for a parcel from Amazon so far, when I'm a Prime customer and should get it next day.

Apparantly the St Neots depot is submerged with parcels and they will get around to delivering it when they can !!!

I have 3 of these spare if anybody wants to pick them up from the Middlesbrough area. I only wanted 3 but ordered on the first day they went on sale and the site crashed mid payment - I thought it hadn't gone through so reordered and now have 6!!!! I'm taking the 3 spare ones back on Friday but if anybody wants them before then for the same price I paid for them they're welcome. I can't post them though, so only for those willing to collect from the TS5 area.

Grrrr Boots website had these in stock a second ago... I sat down to order and they've already sold out again.

Getting a bit fed up :C I know these were always going to sell fast but why not have some decent online stock before they advertise as 'in stock' again! Especially if there are plenty of unsold ones in the stores, send them back to the warehouse for people to buy online!!

Yodel are awful, got a call from reception at work to say parcel being delivered (they have to buzz to get in gates so reception know who they are etc), get down to the door and Yodel man is sitting in his van, he said his scanning machine broken so I cant have parcel and takes it away again. He then comes back the next day, I get the call again from reception, go down to meet the guy and low and behold there he is sitting in his van again, I ask him for my parcel and he said I had to wait 7 minutes as he was ahead of schedule !!!!!, he then sat in his van and ate his sandwiches whilst I had to wait around, useless.
