I ordered mine online on Friday morning and I'm meant to be collecting it from the store tomorrow but it says "Order being processed" - surely it should have been dispatched by now? Anyone else getting the same message?

Anybody had delivery probs? I received a text saying they tried to deliver yesterday at 4pm and nobody was in and they left a card. Well I was in and guess what........no card! Now nobody is answering the number I was given. The delivery company is 'Yodel'.

I had the same problem yesterday. I was in and no card left. But it was delivered this morning.

Boots also sent me an email saying courier had tried to deliver etc. I rang to let them know they hadn't. Courier was Yodel. Unless we report problems Boots will continue to use them. After all we have paid good money for these products.

Also no signature was needed for the S&G, so I dread to think what could have happened.

Try checking the parcel status in the morning.

I've just had my email to say it's ready to collect tomorrow BUT I've been in my local Boots today and it was already there-lol

Cross now that I didn't order one for myself having seen it in the flesh.

I paid for next day delivery ( not even next day as ordered friday) and i still dont have it, it has been at the distribution center since 3:36 am on saturday morning.

Angry email was fired off to boots last night but no response as yet, so bloody angry, I paid for next day to ensure me and my friend got our pressies intime for xmas.

To those having problems with their parcel deliveries, I sympathise.

As I said, last Boots.com order a few weeks back I had issues with Yodel delivery to home, hence why I got this one delivered to store. Yodel attempted to deliver, but did leave a card - this however was despite the fact the order said to leave it with a neighbour (who are elderly and always home) - they didn't.

Then followed a week of trying to contact the courier, being told it was back at the depot, only to drive over there and be told it was still with the courier. I eventually complained to Boots.com, who got onto Yodel and told them to dleiver and leave with a neighbour if no-one was home. This worked, and 9 days after it was due, I finally got my parcel which had been left with the next door neighbour..... however, my parcel had been bashed about, and had clearly been opened, though all contents were undamaged and were there.

I complained again to Boots.com, and they refunded me 20% of my order total (About £18 back on the £92 order), and then gave me £25 of points on my card - they said they would make note of the issues with Yodel too - so do complain, as Boots are good at rectifying issues, and the more people who complain about Yodel, then hopefully Boots will stop using them.

Anyway, sorry to stray off-topic.

Seem Liverpool city centre boots keep on getting deliveries of this and then selling out quickly.
