Morning world

I'm feeling extremely motivated at the moment and feel that today is going be really productive for me.

The little one is at nursery today so the decorating and jobs to be done WILL be done.

I'm also going to have a budget re-jig so I can move further with the one challenge I'm sticking too. I will pay off one debt this year.

Keeping this diary is working wonders for my motivation. Yesterday I achieved some of the tasks I had planned previously including:

Filling the windowsill holes
Stripping the front door
Three loads of easing
Four loads hung out to dry
Ironing done
Bed stripped and curtains taken down for washing

I hope today is another productive one. I need to pop to the shops and also start rubbing down the filler on the windows. Also sand the door and frame before painting. This should be fun with a baby
trying to help.:rotfl:

Good to see how motivated you are i think I remember you from the declutter thread last year? i had my son in August last year. My debt will be paid off in 34 months so similar situation, I will keep an eye on your diary as you have just motivated me to get my washing done thanks

I had given up on the decluttering until recently. My little one is nearly 14months now so it's almost impossible. Plus everyone with kids seems to think they can declutter all their old toys into my house. I'm not being ungrateful but he has enough toys, more than enough.

I have become obsessed with washing since having all that awful rain for weeks and not being able to dry anything, even resorting to switching on the heating to dry it.:mad: It's so nice to get it out on the line. I hope you are enjoying doing yours.

I need to get some money together to put a little more towards the pay off one debt challenge. A search of the house is planned. I will need to say some of my wages tommorow though so I have some for my hols next month.

A good day money wise yesterday all in all, and hopefully I will get a bit more paid off today - Payday whoop.

A poor day DIY wise, I did absolutely nothing. Mind you I spent the day playing with the nipper so a day not wasted.

Shopping today then some more work on the window and door. I want to get it painted before anymore rain. Also more washing:mad:.

Good morning world?

A huge basket of ironing already done and washing pegged out. Another day of rubbing down the paintwork and hopefully painting. I really struggle with the initial preparation so really need to motivate myself.

I also need to have a good look at my budget and see where zi can find a bit more to put towards debt repayment. At least no spending today.:j

Another beautiful morning here and too nice to lie in bed.

A busy day ahead. I need to go get some baby milk and cook the Sunday roast. I also want to carry on with the decorating as I didn't get very far yesterday.

I have been scooting Round the house and garden looking for stuff to up cycle. I have a borrowed old 60's style ,itchen unit in one of my sheds which is filth. I really want to do it up to go back in the kitchen as I'm desperate for storage. I think a visit to the shabby chic thread is in order four some advice.

A busy morning today but I think that keeping this diary is really helping me to achieve more with my time.:T

I have spent the. Orning at baby club with the little one who is now fast asleep - for the time being anyway.:shhh::shhh::shhh: I have decided that today I'm going to do the house using the fly lady 15 minutes work then small break principle. I have managed to get quite a lot done in the last 15 mins so I thought I would treat myself to a bit of time on MSE. I have until 12.55 to catch up then the next 15 mins. I was thinking perhaps I should just keep going while the little one sleeps buts it's important to have uninterrupted me time too.

Off to have a [STRIKE]nosy[STRIKE][STRIKE][/STRIKE][/STRIKE][/STRIKE] I mean look at some other threads.

Right, I need to get going today. As the weather is so miserable I have decided to hit the house head on and get as much done as is physically possible.

So by 9am I want to have achieved the following.

Washing up done and put away.
Baby dressed and ready for the day.
Pull thing put onto front door.
Kitchen floor mopped.
Sitting room de-clutter and cleaned.
Load of washing put on.
Vacuumed through downstairs.

I do tend to flit from room to room or I get bored. I will report back at 9 to see how much I have achieved.
