275 days to go
Feeling a bit calmer today diary. I have also found a bit of motivation to do some cleaning and decluttering.
I have a little time as I decided to not go to work again until I have seen the doctor on Monday night. It's not like me but it's time I started to look after myself more.
I have a few jobs I wish to do today but need to pace myself.
Money is a little tight at the moment and later I want to redo my budget and make sure it's as tight as I can make it. Sometimes I get very tired and frustrated with the constant scrimping and other days I see it as a challenge to enjoy.
So near yet so far to debt freedom. I want to bring it closer. If only I had some stuff to eBay and the patience to do it.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Rant alert. I need to get this down so I can read it back and realise what I have done.
So off upstairs I went to do some throwing out and decided to start under the bed which is stuffed full. There are a pile of old and new sewing mags, ecology mags and gardening mags. They had to go, I don't look at them at all now.
Magazines have been my lifeline to the real world while on the debt repayment bandwagon. Just a small treat each month, something to keep me sane. Over the years I have got rid of many, I can't keep everything.
While I was doing it I decided to add up what I had spent on this pile.
£151.22
And I have got rid of hundreds over the years. Some small treat eh. I'm so angry and cross at myself. What an idiot.:mad:

I agree as it's only once a month now. I think I was so upset as I used to have a bit of an addiction and would by loads each month. I don't know why, perhaps I thought they would help me become slimmer, more attractive or inspire me to sort my house. One thing I do now is that I'm glad I don't know the figure spent in all.:eek:Skinnylatte wrote: »Hey I worked out I spent the best part of £3000 on my hair over 4 years, what a dope lol
Yes but at least you're well groomed. I have had my hair cut professionally twice in 8 years, once the week before my wedding. I tend to do it myself. I will leave you to imagine........I'm not well groomed.BEAT_THE_DEBT wrote: »Hi maybe put mags on ebay to recoup some funds? x1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Thanks for the reply chevalier.
I never give the house insurance a thought when it comes to things like this.
Just want to get doctors over and done with but trying to keep positive. I'm not used having so little energy. I'd be very bored as a couch potato.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%
