Hey everyone, I'm feeling almost human today, hurrah! :T
Going to try and achieve some stuff and maybe get a little listed on ebay.
Glad you're feeling a bit better, Jwil. :j
I've had some good days and bad days, feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment and need to stop! Yesterday I was on the verge of tears all day, today I'm not so bad. Need a good kick up the bum really.
Hope you have a good day - but don't overdo it.0 -
Thanks peaceandfreedom, I haven't achieved an awful lot, but more than recently.
Hope you feel better soon, how's everything going?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hi ya all, just popping in to say  and hope everyone is well especially you jwil. I hope everything is going well with the pregnancy and that you're beginning to feel much better in yourself.
Nothing much has happened in the Retired household other than the debt level has gone up due to car repairs. After spending a fortune on it with a small ind garage I took it back to the dealership I bought it from and just £170 later it was all fixed. I wished I'd have gone back to the dealership in the first place could have saved myself a fortune :mad: Oh well you live and learn.
Hope you all have a good weekend, that the weather stays good and those selling that you exceed all expectations.0 -

Hey retired, nice to see you again. I feel your pain with the car. I've picked up mine today with a £500 bill _pale_ and I've got to take it back again as it's still not running right
I think I may be turning the corner with the sickness, I've been feeling a little better the last few days, hurrah! :T

Well the car is now (hopefully) fixed :T
I've sold a book on amazon, so £10 heading my way. I need to get some listing done this weekend as it's been a hugely expensive month with the car and the building work.
I need to work out where I am with the POAMAYC challenge too as I haven't updated my totals for a while.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hi everyone, hope you are all well.
Bit disappointed really as I thought I was getting better but have been ill again the last couple of days.
However, I have still managed to achieve some stuff. I've been painting bits where we had the builder in, and have listed 20 items on ebay for DH. Haven't managed to get anything on for myself yet, but will try and do so.
We went booting this morning, and I picked up a fabby pair of trainers for £2 so very pleased with that. They are mint and a decent make as well. I was just thinking yesterday that I could do with a non-white pair and these have appeared at a very timely moment :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". hey all
I haven,t had chance to properly catch up yet. Currently sat waiting of delayed train to get me home - by the time i get in i,ll have been out of the house for 12 hours - just getting to & home from work.
Sorry to hear you,re still poorly jwil and i hope you get more days were you feel good and can enjoy being an expectant mum xx
Retiredandskint, lam, p&f hope all is ok with all of you?
I need to try and post on here *alot* this week to try and get my mse head back on! Hols was more expensive than i,d hoped - i did buy a few vastly reduced bits but the drinks and food cost a bit more than my research had implied and this is what took most of the money. We had a fab time so i,m not going to fret over it now but just try and do some damage limitation.
I had brekkie at home and a packed lunch so only transport costs today. I,ve got a small bag of things destined for bay of e. And hoping to get the MS money back this month too. My birthdays next month and i,m struggling to find the money for debt freedom so need to meal plan and list stuff - nowt much else i can think of for now. Any ideas let me know xx
Take care all and i hope to catch up properly soon xxCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
