How are you anyway chocforever? i haven't seen you about for a bit and have tried finding your diary but i'm not sure if you have one x
I'm fine thanks. I moved house (just into a rented flat) and have been without broadband for a couple of weeks. I don't have a diary. I mainly lurk on a few diaries that I follow! Not sure my diary would be very interesting really and also I cleared my debt a couple of years ago so it would not feel right to have a diary on this board.
The reason I am still here is because you are all such nice peopleand I am saving money to buy a house. Like most places, it is expensive to buy a house where I live and the area in which I can realistically live given my job and other constraints is quite small so there isn't a lot of choice in my price range. Anyway, one day.....
I hope you feel better soon. I bet Sunday can't come around soon enough for you.
jwil - sorry for hijacking your diary!Mortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000

Hijack all you want, it's nice having visitorsI'm sure your diary would be no less boring than my inane ramblings.
Good luck with the saving for the house!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hey everyone
DDFW - hope you are feeling better soon.
Chocforever - indeed, I don't know anyone that can put that amount of money away. I guess we've all just got to do what we can and *something* will be better than nothing.
LAM - ouch ouch ouch! That sounds nasty, hope you are ok. I'm pathetic with pain too, I don't handle it well.Well done on your surveys and SB redeems. I've had a big batch of surveys that I haven't been screened out from, so I'm getting close to redeem on a few sites now :j
DDFW - I use poundland for packaging, and recycle what I can. I put out a begging email at work and so people often bring me in their unwanted packaging. I reuse takeaway containers for fragile items as they are strong but lightweight.
Thanks for the well wishesand for the packaging advice - yes mine was from a £1 place too - i just got ALOT! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: i had thought about asking people at work but to be honest don't think i'd get much response. I ahve recycled packaging in the past but as i'm ordering very little to be delivered now i really don't have much x

So peeps, how on earth are you all managing to redeem with SB?
I find it the most tiresome site ever. I get screened out of all the surveys, the videos are irritating and you have to watch loads, there's only so much searching I can do in a day. I've had it on in the background for a few hours today, and I've gained about 30 points. I signed up months ago and I've only managed to get to about 300 points. How are people getting several vouchers a month?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hey jwil hope you're well. Well Done! on the sales :T If you find out the answer on swags i'd also be grateful to know! I've no idea how people get so many either - i've been screened out of just about every survey i've attempted so just don't bother any more. xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Oh, I thought you were doing wondrous things on SB DDFW, some people seem to get loads.

Hey everyone, TFI Friday :T :T
I am shattered. *yawn* Not only have I had lots of early starts and long days, I haven't been sleeping either.
Got another tough day tomorrow, so here's looking forward to Sunday, where I shall be doing as little as possible
I've sold another book on amazon, and made a few ebay sales as well today :T So that's another £18 to add to the total."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
