Take care onthe roads Pippi, looks like all the bridges are closed. That will extend your trip round Inverness...if Bonar Bridge is open that is (not that it is very long lol!). Perhaps the best thing would be to stay overnight in Inverness...if you get that far! Can't see you getting over to the Mainland tonight the way the weather is!

Forgot to say...one of my cousins won the Christmas Ba'...and he's an Uppie! :j Think the last member of my family to win it was my grandfather in 1935 :D

Lucky you with 22 degrees Chev - it's 11 here, but very windy and wet!! Don't fancy heading out today, but invigilating this afternoon!! Think I will take the slower, but more sheltered route...don't fancy the motorway today :o. It will be more problematic collecting DS2 from college afterwards...lots of open stretches of road and a trip over the Avon!!! Hope the wind will have died down by then.

Take care everyone on this foul day xxx

Even right down here in the south, I've got storm damage - only to garden accessories, but stuff blowing around can be really dangerous, even if its only a garden chair .... stay safe, everyone.
