Ah yes, the mother visit. I can imagine you're feeling a bit nervous/overwhelmed, but, hopefully, it won't be so bad, the pups will distract her [and you] I'll be thinking of you anyway!

Working today at gardening and wombling
Hmm, the visit - last time she stayed with us DD was in my stomach, its been that long - will be fine to have a puppy to distract her!
I've no idea why she's coming she just announced it - which is fine but strange.
lunch of coffee and jaffa cakes here - which are not cakes despite what they say on the packet.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Apparently (not really sure how true it is) there used to be a 'biscuit tax' for companies that made biscuits so Mr Jaffa used a bit of sponge and called them 'cakes' thereby avoiding the 'biscuit tax'!!!
I like the story so I believe it's true but it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't (I can be quite guillable!)
Hope mammy visit is an okay one for you.

* I have just fainted * Think I may have to get the Dr out to Cheery, she regrets having CAKE. She must be seriously ill
Never, in the history of MSE has she regretted cake :rotfl:
Pippi - Is haggis paper trained or anything? Or are you taking him out regularly enough? Once I realised that cleaning up with kitchen roll was a game for Rodders and put him in the kitchen or garden while I cleaned up he stopped toileting in the house!
 To your mother visiting so regularly :rotfl::j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -

She means she wishes she still had it left for nowA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
