Oh Bless to DD. As you know I have a musician and he is his own worse critic. Was chuntering about only receiving a merit for his composition piece the other day?......., if you feel you have met all your challenges when you are young and that you have hit your ceiling where would you go from their, just coasting along??. It's a learning experience and there will be many more performances.

Hi Pippi, be careful how you open the box when it arrives. I have packed it out with some cellophane to stop things moving. Have put a bag of treats in there for Peedie and Haggis as well.

Quiet here..hope all is well and everyone had a good weekend.

Managed to get myself a new job today, so that's three I have now! Four if you count my crafting!! :rotfl: Certainly acquiring quite a patchwork lifestyle myself now!

It's in a sewing machine shop, one day a week, with another day on the horizon. There's also the possiblilty of doing some IT work for him as well as teaching, once I have learned how to use all the machines...there are some over £5000!!!!

Trying not to get too excited...this extra money will help to pay the university accommodation of both boys come September. Thank goodness we will only have this "problem" for one year, as DS1 will be off PhDing (hopefully), and he'll get much more money then...at least that is the hope! He is looking at full funding if he heads to the US, though we will have to get him there!!

Right, need to get off here and do more sewing. Here's what I have finished so far.
