Pap, please don't say that - I know it's scary and daunting and all those horrible words that make you want to crawl under you duvet and never come out, but life is all about challenges. I will be thinking of you and willing you on on Thursday, and am here if you need either someone to celebrate with or a shoulder to cry on. Be brave SuperPap! :D

Hey OP....a little message of encouragement from me too.......I've not seen this thread before and if I get everything wrong, my apologies in advance!

Think positive.....the lesson before my test was a raging disaster and I messed everything up due to nerves.....my instructor just laughed and said get a grip cos if I didn't think you'd be ready, I wouldn't have let you put in for the test. And that'll be the same for you! As my tag-line says - argue for your limitations, and they become yours - so be positive and be brilliant. Oh by the way, I passed and so will you!

Look forward to the good news!!

    :grouphug: Big hugs PAP!
I don't know ANYONE who's last lesson before their test went well :p . It will have no relation whatsoever to your actual test! Just remember you are a strong, courageous (sp?) person who needs to remember to believe in herself! You are SUPERPAP! As long as you try your best thats all anyone can do! I'll keep everything crossed for tomorrow :D

    hi PAP!

Please don't worry too much about the test. I hit the kerb when reversing round a corner on my test and I still passed. They are looking for overall competence and safety, not perfection of every single detail. Good luck!!

oh and a bit off topic, my brother (19) fell of a ladder at work (argos) today, so i have been sat at hospital since 6pm (got out of work early though ;)) bless him, he is fine has a very tender back and cant sit down... awww but the best thing he said was... i didnt like it when the nurse but her finger up my bum :rotfl:
  • Hi PaP - wishing you the very VERY best of luck with your test - think positive! :j
