lenny i missed this sorryyes water luke warm and yeast cold from the fridge, if you place the ingredants as listed (in that order) into the pan the water and yeast shouldnt mix no... i leave the salt out as i dont want to add more salt to my diet

small update from me... i think i will have to use some of the spare cash for bus tickets
i have 4 journeys left and have to do at least 5/6 the remainder of this week
will do this tommorow hopefully will update this with my accounts etc thursday night before payday friday ~ i am hoping to put at least £20 spare into my savings

just was on the phone to natwest, the man i asked to cancel my overdrafts didnt :mad: why no one knows, so they should be removed within 48 hours :T i hope they do or when i get payed it will throw me all outwe shall see
