I still think you should write that letter asking for your charges back Pap. Think about it, one letter and that money could be sitting in your savings account instead of their coffers (or whatever you call it).

mmm you are true there tes, i suppose all they can say is no... i have had a letter back from capital one and they want to give me £32... and i am taking it... i know its much less than my orginal claim but its better than nothing and i cant go though the courts really

i have no idea what wage i will be taking home this month but i am hoping its not mush less than what i need :) i have the surplus there anyways if anything goes wrong :)

  • well just had my driving lesson, since he decided i wasnt alowed to take my test and he did change me with another pupil (fran) i looked in his diary (he wasnt quick enough to flip the page). now whats got me is he was 30min late today for my lesson... now she phoned while i was on my drive and he said to her she can have an extra 30min as he has no pupils after her as he would be late for her lesson too, wheres my extra time    of course i said to him i was busy after 12noon on tuesday my day off and of course he is fully booked... the truth he has my test till 10am  so i now have to have it after work next saturday ~ i dont think so... i will cancel that this week (i am doing overtime ;)) oh and he also made me go into a petrol station today, as he was running late he had no petrol  and calm :rotfl: not long now... i hope :T

I hope going into the petrol station did not impinge upon your time.
