Dinner temporarily under control. We're eating late tonight because OH has a bad cold and went upstairs for a sleep. Should be serving it up in about quarter of an hour hopefully. Glad things are sorted out now. You gave me a massive fright there.

I see you posting all kinds of sensible advice to other people; youve just got to be confident enough to make decisions for yourself although we are all more than happy to support you and try to advise you. Take care.

I already admired you loads but having read this latest stuff I am just amazed you turned out so sane and sensible when the rest of your family seems to consist of spongers and toe-rags. Sorry to be so rude but that is how they come over.

Keep on with your saving and you will be able to put some more distance between yourself and their demands.

For a while there I thought you were going to give her the money, well done you for telling her no!

I'm the world's worst at saying no to anyone over anything so I can imagine what its like, when people are asking you for something you just have to focus on where you're going, what the money is for and why the answer is no!

Why don't you ask them for money - even if you don't need it. Then they might think you're broke.
