Also with Talk Talk if they don't offer Talk 3 in your area, you can have Talk 2 which includes broadband, line rental and all calls for £30, then when the Talk 3 offer is available in your area they will automatically upgrade you and reduce your monthly DD to £19.99.

Glad to hear that tthings are going well, well done your mum for handing you the rent money!

Would you be entitled to any other council tax benefit? Or it might be worth a phonecall to see if you would be entitled to any tax credits, or theres a website, can't remember whats its called that can help see if you are entitled to any help!

I think that a move out of home would do you the owrld of good, and your Mum will be better for it!

Also when are you planning to take your driving test as this will 'free up' some money?!

but i still couldnt do it though could i ztd? unless a miracle happens? i think i was just dreaming of what could have been i suppose

You can't do it there, but if you can get a good idea of what your costs are, you can then find out what kind of rent band you can afford.

Is there no one where you work who wants to move out and is willing to share? (obv not at that flat)

How about enquiring if you are entitled to benefits, renting the flat as if you are not on benefits, and then getting the money paid to you for you to pay the rent - you just 'happened' to have a change in circumstances? iyswim, I don't know if you can do this, but a few questions can't hurt!

    Posting,

have a look at gumtree.co.uk to see what renting a room costs. Usually more doable, and if it doesn't work, you can move back home!
