For the Sneckie posters and lurkers ;)
Tesco metro (wee one in town) have the Gulyian small box of chocolates 67p or 2 for £2 ;)
Tesco I*shes have the price drop mag front of shop.
Tesco R*tail park has the £9.99kg lamb ;) last night no £4.99kg SEL or stickers on the lamb, but you just need a copy of the price drop mag...that you picked up from I*shes ;)
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

South Road - plenty Cadbury Dairy Milk on the shelf marked at 34p, but the interesting thing was on the sign it also said Cadbury Fruit & Nut, Whole Nut and Caramel were included if they were fair trade bars.

I did check the others for the fair trade symbol, but none had it, but if it's out there in any others stores, might be worth checking.

    Mingles went though at £1.01.

Christmas cake (Betty something) and cup cake mixes, there was plenty of them, but right on the top shelf, almost as a display / to fill a gap and were scanning at £5 and £2.50 respectively.

Kingsway - I can confirm the clipper tea little box mentioned before scans at 1p (there was only one there so I got it to try it), they also had the flowery cloth thingies (Sarah Smith Wipes) mentioned and pictures on a clip strip at 38p.

Couldn't really wander round the Kingsway store last night as it was a real mess with the shelves being restocked. No chance of anyone doing a decent shop with boxes, and stock trolleys strewn everywhere.

    Thanks MKS

I'm always on the move around H3erts (not as far as R0y though) and North L0nd0n, so just wanted to check where else that I pass frequently may have them. W4tf0rd is another option. I could of course, just pop in and find out for myself!!

Oh whilst I remember, if your buying scissors from the stationery aisles (choice of pink, green or blue handles), I picked up pair which said on the front, Tesco scissors, and SEL said 87p, but was charged £1.40.

The assistant when price checking the SEL noticed the product didn't match, in small writing on the back of the label it said "soft grip scissors" which the £1.40 label has on.

She agreed the product label was very misleading but may be worth a shot for someone at DTD.

Finally French Knickers, so sorry to hear about what happened, I hope they get the blighters, it happened to me a few years ago, 3 days after Christmas. One of the items they stole from me was a mobile phone, they used it to phone a taxi......... I never got my things back, but thanks to that phone call, a few others did and I took great comfort in that as there had been a huge spate of burglaries in my area at the time and the police were fairly sure they knew who were doing it, but just couldn't catch them.

My phone was the clincher, they finally slipped up. Thankfully I was insured, but it did take nearly 4 years to sort out the claim.

Fingers crossed they get the £$%%$^^ and I have to say I'm very impressed with the folks who identified the trainer markings here so quickly. Probably quicker than the police themselves.
