Morning all,
Seems I've been causing a bit of concern, sorry I went AWOLThanks for thinking of me. I don't usually get much time to post on a saturday as I do my mum's housework for her so it's a really busy day for me and means I don't get chance to got to Ts either.
No need to appologise Tinyshoes, life is bound to get in the way sometimes!!! Just glad to hear you're safe and sound :T'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -
morning everyone. Just popping in to report an item I found yesterday, unfortunately not a penny item.
it was the Remington wet2straight hair straighteners for £8, they were £42 in boots and a little cheaper elsewhere.
well done on the no smoking nikkilala. I need Mr T to stop selling cheap choccies in the new year otherwise my diet won't last 5 mins let alone 5 weeks!0 -
Hi All,
Looks like its the day for people to crop back up(I would say, like a bad smell, but I'll leave that to you to decide
lol
Thanks to whoever it was asking about me. I'm ok, thank you. Struggling a little at the moment, to be honest, I knew Christmas would be hard, maybes just not this hard though, and trying my best to get all festive for my DS, but i'm not really feeling it, so just keeping my head down and getting on with it :S
Anyway, if I dont pop up again beforehand, hope you all have a lovely Christmas. Just remember, in the madness of the day itself, no matter if the turkeys burnt or the kids are after killing each other, or the husbands in the chair snoring while you're washing up, just take a moment, look around and be thankful for what you have, and enjoy your loved ones xx0 -

Hiya lovecrafting and Baileys
Really lovely to hear from you both:A
Baileys I'm so sorry to hear you're strugglingChristmas is an awful time of year for me too. I won't go into it but unfortunately I've done everything I possibly can to change it and it's still the worst time of year for me, which is awful because I am the BIGGEST fan of the sentiment of a family Christmas. All I can say is I sympathise and having to keep up the pretense for your DS must be extremely challenging. You're doing a fantastic job at being a Mummy but do try and look after yourself too even if you could just vent to somebody. My thoughts are with you xxxx

Sorry I haven't posted in a while but have trouble finding anything down here in Th*n*t.
However, I did find a few items in W*stw**d X namely the Green Clipper tea packs for 1p, the blue fold up shopping bags also 1p, the pretty butterfly air freshners for 25p (these were on a clip strip behind another clip strip not even in the household aisle!) and the corkscrews for 1p in the beer aisle.
What does annoy me though is that Tesco offer coupons for items and then never seem to have those items in stock! The Tetley tea 240 packs being a case in point and the Celebrations tubs - I went to 3 Tescos and couldn't find any whilst the Price flop coupons were valid. I bet they've got them back in stock now though!
Hoping to pop out later to try to find the lamb.
Can I ask a quick question about the Green tea? I've never had it before - can you drink it with milk or is it better without? Thanks.0
