They're a reputable company. I've ordered before on offers and been very happy with the goods. If not, you simply phone up and tell them why you're not happy........
The poster who was not happy has since received a polite explanation and a replacement they are happy with so what's the problem?
(Is this a lesson in "don't order something cos it's cheap, only if you want it!!!)

I've ordered 4, for both grandparents and sets of parents and got the free gift. Brilliant bargain and i'm crossing my fingers they turn up okay. Not expecting much for £5.

I just checked, I ordered last Friday and have an acknowledgement of order email not confirmation. Do they sent a confirmation email as well, or just this one?

I have absolute faith in them to supply the best they have and in the event of a problem following delivery, replace as appropriate. There will always be one or two problems, please remember these are LIVE plants, not plastic and variations will always occur.

I totally agree , they are live plants , in a nice pot , the BASKET ones were a seperate offer of hyacynths in a basket but these ones come in a wooden pot!

I am still VERY happy with the price I paid including delivery & one poster has said they are STUNNING so lets not put a damper on things and expect the worst as like I said all plants respond to a bit of TLC unless they are completely dead and am sure they are NOT going to send out a bunch of dead plants in pots @ Christmas just for the hell of it!! LOL
