    Is the deal now off?

No the link is in the first post.
  • I got the princettas and hibiscus last year and they were absolutely STUNNING! I paid full price for them too.

I've also dealt with T&M for 25 years and they are really quick to respond to problems, There have been a few over the years and I mean a few, and the damaged plants were damaged during transportation, mostly everything has been great condition. I think this is a great deal and I'm looking forward to the plants arriving.

I have just phoned the customer services as I have not received an email confirmation yet. My order has apparently gone to the pick list and will be with me "by 24th Dec, if not before", not much use really as the plants were mainly for teacher gifts! They will have to have New Years presents lol. Hey ho, hope they are decent quality anyway and at least I will be able to give the neighbour gifts.

I just phoned to cancel order as instructed by them yesterday and have been told sorry orders already passed to pickers. If i said I was angry would be a vast understatement. Was told if receipants are unhappy to contact them and they they will replace. So I have to contact everybody who i am sending to, to ask them to contact me if plants are rubbish so I can ring them and complain. They say its post offices fault most of the time because they transport them upside down and place them next to radiators. O.M.G I hope this turns out ok.
  • I'm starting to wish I had not ordered this plant! Reading your posts is worrying me, I told my OH that we were expecting a gorgeous plant for Christmas :( and that our only worry would be to find a place where our evil cat won't get it :p now I'm worried it will be toss when it turns up anyway :( Maybe I'll have to pretend our evil cat got it as soon as I opened it, before he got home from work, so he doesn't think I'm a dingbat for ordering a plant over the internet !!

Its not lying really, is it? :A

Tell him the reindeer must of mugged the postman and had it for breakfast.
  • I'm sure they will all be fine. I haven't actually read many posts where they were damaged at all? It all seems to have been hyped up, a fair few people have received them and said how beautiful they are :) I just hope they get here in time as my order was as a thank you to my mum for helping me buy some lovely dunelm curtains that were ££££££. Fingers crossed and stay optimistic!

  • Received mine last week, also sent one to my mum. For £4.99 I suppose they are ok, not really impressed with the basket they came in, looks quite cheap. Bulbs were good and healthy looking though which is a plus. Dont think I would order again though.

  • I think because they're literally bulk stock that they obviously arent up to the usual high standard. In the summer we had some tree lillie bulbs and they were the most beautiful large sweetly scented flowers. Oh well.. fingers crossed they dont let me down, i ordered just the Cyclamen Bellissima and haven't heard anything to bad yet about them!
