Bit of a progress over here. I've had a cheque from EDF as my account was in credit when I switched suppliers (£80) and after a recent complaint with Sky due to loss of service, I was credited against my bill (£50).

So i've added the £130 total to my runnings :)

I am still waiting on updating my eBay sales totals, but had a dispute with a buyer. First one in over 300+ sales, which is typical, as my funds are locked with PayPal

    Am a bit gobsmacked!!
Got renewal of home insurance and managed to get it £55 pounds cheaper on-line! :D
Crazy thing is, it was existing insurer's web-site!
They didn't seem surprised when I told them. I had to phone them to cancel renewal!
Have saved money doing this before, but never this much. Will wait till I get confirmation details and go over them with fine tooth comb before I add it to my total. :T

    Hi all,
This week isn't going so well. I have sold some stuff on ebay, but still waiting for 1 payment:mad:. I have some other listings ending tomorrow evening, some of which are looking quite promising. However, I am off sick from work today with a throat infection, so I am losing money today.
I had to cancel lunch with a friend the other day, so I am going to add the £15 I had put aside to my total.
I am still sorting through the house to declutter and list things on ebay, so hopefully I will have more to report soon.
Keep up the good work, everyone is doing great.:)

Oh I just remembered, I saved £10.55 on shopping this week, so gonna add that to my total too.

  • Sold another book on Amazon, so a couple more quid to add once I've posted it.
Also have 29 items ending on ebay at the weekend. 5 with bids = £10.99 so far. I hope there's a last minute flurry of bids as I could do with a bit extra to fund driving lessons next month :S
