Stopped counting when I reached the total in September, but have since added to it, I think it's about £2300 altogether.

I have also managed to buy most of my sons birthday gifts for next year.

We did it - £2051 cash savings. Have signed up for 2013 now but it's going to be alot harder as all the easy things have been done...will have to get smarted with the supermarket vouchers I think.

Managed to get to £1783 which although a bit short of the target way exceeds what I thought I'd manage, I was thinking about £500 would be good.

Going to be a lot harder next year as I've just about sold everything!! I just counted surveys and ebay would have probably been very close if I included coupon savings, freebies and competition wins but I preferred to just count earnings I could spend on what I wanted.

Happy new year and good luck to everybody doing the 2013 challenge! :j

Just fell short of the finishing line...but considering I only had£1023.6 at the end of September, I think I have made a good stab at it. Hopefully this momentum will carry into 2013.

Happy New Year and have fun in 2013 everyone :)

Sorry it'a bit late -(I got the dreaded norovirus.... yeuch!). But here are my final totals for Dec 2012

    Surveys £5
    Cashback £12.78
    Money off £48
    Nectar points redeemed £32.50
    Mobile phone savings £7
    Overtime (subcontract work) £300

    Dec total £405.28

Can't believe I've done so well! Thanks to all who supported on this thread. I'm going to try a different challenge in 2013 - but will keep my own personal 2013 in 2013 on the go in the background

    All good wishes
