yeah definitely worth it... I mean if it's stuff you'd just donate to charity, I'd rather have a couple of quid (though chances are if it's good brands that you'll get far more).
  • flickering ember....DOUBLE IT!!!!

Had my first lots of items sell on ebay last night :j. 4 things in total. Didnt make a huge amount but I will add it to the total when it has cleared in my account. still not sent my books to zapper yet, will try to get it done tomorrow as they have quoted me £36.04. Got some more items selling on ebay now so I will keep adding as I find things. I am trying to declutter, so getting cash for things I dont want or need is a great incentive. Also, I got some free coffee today and a 50p off voucher thru the freebie website mentioned in an earlier thread. I have also had teabags , and moisturiser from there too. Everyone is doing so well with theyre savings.:A

  • Just saved £162.00 per month on my mortgage. Weren't in a position to remortgage as hubby has just set his own business up. Phoned current lender and asked. For a better deal and hey presto they've changed us. Big savings.

Last year I challenged our council tax banding (tried before but was put off). Bit of persistence and research = £900 and £15 per month better off. Just waiting for eBay stuff to end now hehe loving it!
  • can you add me to this?

This is my first ever post..I've no idea how it works or how you add the tag lines to your post so any tips!!!

    I've already started selling etc!

  • Count me in too! Don't tell the folks, but I buy presents for my boys with Clubcard vouchers/other loyalty cards and when the cheque arrives from the aunty/uncle/whoever, I put that away in the "Presents" Account to spend on the boys at a later date. Boys don't know, Aunty doesn't know and there's more money in the pot! Bonus :D
