Saved 281 on my purchases in the boots sale but don't think I can use this in my total as NO WAY would I have bought them at full price!

LOTSaLUCK I agree with the other posters on here, don't give up. I felt just the same as u do the other day, but everyone was really positive and it gave me a real boost. Since then, I have really enjoyed trying to save and make extra money. It isn't all about whats in the bank at the end of the year, its also about how easier things have been throughout the year as u have a bit of extra cash to put towards a bill. Not having to worry about how ur gonna make ur next payment is priceless.
I have added £68.53 to my total as I have done some overtime at work:)

  • Ahhh thank you everyone! :A I wasn't fishing for encouragement (!), just decided it was unrealistic for me to try and save money (as in 'a pot of money') in my current situation and find it a bit depressing to strive for something unattainable. The encouragement is appreciated though, I promise I'll carry on trying to save money where I can!
